DELIVERY
We deliver to all regions of Canada. We offer different delivery methods, depending on the items you purchase on www.gocheapgo.com and where those items will be delivered. During the payment process, you will be asked to choose a delivery method for your items. Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery method chosen, the weight, size and destination address of the order. Total shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, prior to order completion. All shipping costs displayed on Gocheapgo are in Canadian dollars.

Delivery is ensured by GLS, which delivers all our products. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the delivered packages will be left at the door.

DELIVERY TO QUEBEC AND CANADA:
Free standard delivery on all orders of $75 or more. A $9 delivery fee applies to orders under $74.99. The $9 delivery fee is not refundable.
* The purchase amount used to establish delivery costs corresponds to the amount before taxes and after all discounts and promotions. We only deliver to addresses located in Canada.

STANDARD DELIVERY:
Order delivery time is 5-8 business days once the order leaves the warehouse. Please note that delivery to some rural or remote areas may result in additional delivery times.

NOTE: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

DELIVERY TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES:
An order can only be sent to one address. If you want to ship part of your order to another address, you must place another order.

RETURN POLICY:
The time allowed for making an online return request is 10 days following the date of receipt of the goods. For the holiday season, returns are authorized until January 15. If this time has passed, please contact a customer service representative at 1-888-918-4112.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimsuits and socks are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Gocheapgo is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless returning the item is warranted due to delivery of the wrong item or size, or delivery of a damaged or defective item. Return costs are free.
